The Avaya one-XT Deskphone Edition family of next-generation IP telephones delivers a unique communications experience that drives increased employee productivity. These new IP telephones feature an intuitive interface that helps users to be proficient and confident in performing common telephone tasks such as setting up a conference call or completing a transfer. With enhanced high-fidelity audio, conversations are much easier to hear, which can speed business transactions while reducing employee fatigue and stress.

The Avaya one-X Deskphone Edition models are built with future growth and enhancement in mind. Modular add-ons are available as they are needed, protecting investments and leading to improved total cost of ownership. Because of the enhanced audio and the better usage of the back lighted displays, calls are more productive, team members are better able to collaborate and are less stressed and fatigued. On conference calls, users find it easier to distinguish and understand multiple speakers. These new phones feature a very stylish and professional design.

9620 IP Telephone
The Avaya 9620 IP Telephone is geared to the "everyday" user profile, the individual that fields a modest number of calls a day and needs straightforward telephony. The 9620 supports a programmable list of up to 12 functions in the backlit display. The 9620 has a built-in speakerphone and supports a call log with up to 50 entries.

9630 IP Telephone
The Avaya 9630 IP Telephone is designed for the "essential" user profile, the individual who is on the phone much of the time and considers the telephone a vital tool. The 9630 features a high fidelity wideband audio speaker and includes a larger backlit display capable of showing the programmable list of up to 12 functions. The 9630 supports a total of 20 programmable softkeys in five levels for features, speed dials or up to 8 partners.

9640 IP Telephone
Designed for the "essential" user profile, the 9640 has the identical button layout and form factor as the 9630. The key difference is the 9640 supports a brilliant 1/4 VGA color display. The 9640 is ideal for telephone intensive executives, as well as for those workers who benefit from phone applications.

9650 IP Telephone
The Avaya 9650 IP Telephone is designed for the "navigator" user profile. These individuals manage calls for themselves and for groups of people as a big part of their jobs. Building receptionists, executive admin staff and contact center agents are examples of navigator users. The 9650 features built-in button module functionality supports 56 programmable softkeys in seven levels for features, speed dials or up to 16 partners. When used with Avaya Integral Enterprise, the 9650 supports up to three SBM 24 button expansion modules. Due to the 8 programmable keys - aligned with the display and a LED - the 9650 is absolutely the ideal phone for teams and secretaries.

Gigabit Ethernet Adapter
The Integrated Gigabit Adapter for one-X Deskphone Edition IP Telephones seamlessly integrates into the bottom of the 9600 series telephones, providing 10/100/1000 Mbps support in a simple, elegant manner. The silver "flip stand" need to be substituted by the grey "wedge stand" (see list of accessories).

SBM 24 Button Expansion Module
24-button Module, extending the "one-button" numbers or features immediately accessible to the user from his or her Avaya IP Telephone. The SBM 24 is powered from the 9630, 9640 or 9650 telephone via the module interface.
