OSPC is the PC based operator application for the Communication Server Integral 55 LX and Communication Manager R 3.1 or higher. OSPC allows the integrated linking of the telephony with customer data (e.g.VIP customer) and internal employee's information as free / occupied, present and absent, meeting or vacation. Faster, competent, individual service comfort for operator, receipt and secretariat.

OSPC extends the classical operator system to the multimedia system of information. By the intelligent teamwork of data and operating functions a whole bundle is available to the operator staff in internal and external information.
