Automated Check Call System

The automated check call system is a sophisticated yet simple to use system for staff that require additional supervision as and when they’re working alone. This system negates the need for manual checks on unsupervised staff which can prove to be unreliable and unproductive.

Users simply dial into the system via a mobile, DECT or landline phone and register to receive check calls periodically throughout the day selecting from the various voice prompt options available. The number of check calls received is completely flexible and determined by the user. Once registered, the system will call the user(s) and request that they confirm their well being by entering a pin number, which resets the system until the next check call. If the user fails to respond to the check call an alarm will signal to alert the person monitoring the system.

As it is not possible (or cost effective) to continuously monitor the system for alarms, especially out of work hours, the system can alert a number of “pre-determined individuals” of an emergency situation by calling them on their desktop, DECT or mobile phone. The recipient will hear a pre-recorded message which they must confirm, by pressing ‘1’ on their phone, otherwise the system will call the next contact until confirmation is received.

Once registered on the system, user(s) can leave a message detailing areas on-site where they’ll be working.

For employees making house calls, users can set up check calls at appropriate times during and after their house visit and record the address of the person they’re visiting.
