OCP radio paging system

The OCP radio paging system is an alphanumeric information and paging system, which takes into account all the demands on today’s on-site communication technology. Its strength lies in the transmission of text messages, which can be entered in various ways. Messages entered manually and pre-programmed messages are both transmitted in a matter of seconds, maintaining system availability at all times.

For anyone who needs fast efficient information The long range enables low cost radio coverage. Companies in almost any industry and of almost any size, whose staff always need to be informed can benefit from this low cost information. The OCP radio paging system has primarily been designed for:

Industry

Hospitals
Public authorities and administration
Retirement and nursing homes
Banks and insurance
Commercial enterprises
Municipal utilities and power supply companies
Service companies
Ports and airports

Inform, respond – in the quickest way

With the OCP radio messaging system, you can transmit up to 160 alphanumeric characters per call in seconds. You can pass on urgent information in plain text to specific individuals or groups of people. You can enter the text either alphanumerically directly on the OCP keyboard or numerically using any telephone in the internal system (PBX). Of course, the system can also be operated using a PC (stand alone or network).

Increased productivity and greater security thanks to automation

Direct call and alarm contacts trigger the automatic transmission of previously formatted complete alphanumeric information to the relevant mobile subscribers. These contacts can be emergency buttons on hospital beds, failure contacts on machines, level sensors on tanks or similar equipment. In chemical plants or laboratories, probe or sensor data is analysed by computers. Using the OCP radio messaging system, this data can be automatically transmitted to the appropriate mobile subscribers (e.g. plant technicians) before any damage occurs.

System features

Modular design of the central equipment for flexible adaptation to user requirements

Radio coverage of large areas as a result of multiple transmitter technology
Call initiation and entry via OCP 200 or OCP 250 communication processors or using a telephone extension
Transmission of text via a PC or PC network (mobile or e-mail)
Integrated direct call contacts can send pre-programmed alpha-numeric messages
V-24 port providing flexible connection to customer equipment with serial printer interface.

OCP 250 onsite communication processor: small, compact, functional, easy to understand

The OCP (onsite communication processor) marks the launch of a new family of radio messaging equipment’s, which allows transmission of text messages up to 160 characters in length. These messages can be sent to individual subscribers or to freely programmable groups of people. A special feature is the cancel call, e.g. for service or nursing staff. The person who accepts the call acknowledges it on the telephone and the call is then automatically cancelled on the receivers of the other group members.

OCP onsite communication processor, the heart of the system

The intelligent and versatile multifunction communication centre The OCP onsite communication processors are the central control devices in the system. It controls and manages all call activities in the radio system. The OCP act as the communication control for paging calls activated by
