2) Procedure for logging moves and changes on
the System
The Procedure for changing the configuration
of your System e.g. changes of names or numbers. Such changes will
be carried out remotely (normally within 24 hours) by our Engineers
dialing into your System.
These requests can be made by using our On-Line Support tool or
by emailing the detailed requirement, including your Company Name
and contact details to service@anttele.com
or via the website.
A charge will be levied for this Service,
unless this is included within the Terms of your Maintenance Contract.
