We are pleased to announce the release
of our new web logging software. The software enables customers
to log and track faults and requests over the Internet.
This complements the existing and traditional methods to log faults
or requests either by telephone or email. We have been trialling
the software for some time and customer feedback has been very positive.
We are able to offer this facility to all
our customers. Please contact your account manager or send an email
request to chris.potts@anttele.com
if you would like to use this On-Line Support Application. We just
need your company name and the names of staff members authorised
to log and track faults to enable the service for you. We will then
provide usernames and passwords for immediate use.
It is our intention to constantly improve and enhance the features
available and welcome all manner of feedback from our customers.
Some of the main benefits of logging faults and requests over the
Internet are
Improved efficiency and time saving,
as customers only have to provide a description of the fault.
All other necessary data e.g. contact details are already
registered.
Ability to check contract details online
with regard to contract times and equipment covered etc
Check for updates and progress of the reported
fault or request.
The ability to look back into previously
completed jobs and download reports.
We are sure there
are many other benefits for you; so why not give it go!
Please note that this service is manned
during normal working hours 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri. All requests sent
after this period will be automatically logged onto the system the
following day. If you have 24 hour Maintenance Cover all faults
after 5pm must be reported via our service support number. This
number you’ll find detailed in your welcome pack.
